Always look on the Bright Side...

Come on, sing along, you know the words...

The bright side of Gallstones? Two weeks on from THAT weekend, I have lost 9lbs!!!! I'm not finding it that difficult yet to stick to the less than 5% fat rule, even though it's fairly restrictive and the weight is dropping away...

You know what though, I have to try and keep it in check because guess what rapid weight loss can cause? You guessed it: Gallstones!

Hmm...I don't think you'll get many takers signing up for the 'gallstone weight loss programme' - it sounds awful, you poor thing!

Oh wow what a bonus Yve! Maybe I should pretend I have gallstones and try eating low fat lol. I remember that diet book called The Hip and Thigh Diet (yep I try em all) was written by a lady that had gallstones and she devised her own low fat eating plan and lost a tonne of weight and wrote a book about it.

Good Lord, it's hell if you do and hell if you don't!! Such a conundrum!! Hang in there and just think of perhaps a new wardrobe for your new bod!!

Thanks ladies, it's really not that bad once you get used to it, but I imagine all that fruit and veg will appeal less in the Winter, at least we are having the right weather for it now :o)

Ouch! Well, I hope you're able to keep the gallstones at bay, that doesn't sound like much fun at all!
